Returns Policy We offer a 14 day returns policy - if you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition for an exchange or full refund. Please contact us by calling 01772 812031 quoting the item number & reason for return. Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage costs on items that are not faulty.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS - We check all of our items before they are dispatched to ensure everything is in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of receiving something faulty or damaged please contact us by phone to arrange coarse of action. You may be required to provide photographic verification of the damage/fault.
* Please sign all items "UNCHECKED" when received off the courier. As an item might be damaged inside the parcel.
If the parcel outer wrapping is damaged in anyway please do not accept it, mark it as 'DAMAGED' and return it with courier and contact us (01772 812031) *
Refunds or replacements will only be issued within 14 days of receipt with no exceptions. We reserve the right not to issue a refund if item and packaging are not in a satisfactory condition when returned.
Delivery Details All delivery prices shown are for UK Mainland delivery only. For International sales, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern & Southern Ireland - Please contact us by calling 01772 812031 for a quote.
We aim to diapatch all items within 3 - 5 working days, so please allow 5 - 7 working days for actual delivery.
Shipping is sometimes by courier depending on the size of the parcel and may need to be signed for.
In some circumstances delivery may take up to 10 days.
Tracking numbers for larger items can be provided.
