Automated gate systems are exposed to all weathers, regular servicing helps to ensure continued reliable operation. |
We carry out annual servicing on BFT, CAME, NICE, DEA, FACC, DITEC and our brand - ROGER and their associated equipment.
Customers who register for an annual service with us will be promped to arrange a service visit by one of our engineers normally on or around the anniversary of the installation. Please ring for a quote. |

Annual Service Checks
- Checking of welds on gate hinges, brackets etc. where gates are attached to the actuators
- Inspect and lubricate gate hinges (swing gates) or wheels (sliding gates)
- Examine and tighten actuator fixings (ram or arm operators)
- Clean out foundation boxes and check drainage (underground operators)
- Examine and clean racks and drive pinions (sliding gates)
- Inspect and clean safety photcells
- Clean and lubricate external moving actuator parts as required
- Check and adjust any automatic locks
- Check electronic control box seals
- Check and adjust opening and closing cycles
- Report any problems to customer

Breakdown Callout Service
We do offer a reduced breakdown callout service for regular annual service customers. The breakdown callout service does not include all the normal servicing points.
